The project team reported on the application of prototype ultra-high speed dry gas sealing and mixed phase medium mechanical sealing products, and the high precision manufacturing technology of key components of ultra-high speed dry gas sealing. After the expert inquiry and discussion, the project of "demonstration application of key technologies of multi-phase medium high parameter mechanical sealing parts" passed the technical review.
This project addresses the significant demand for high-parameter mechanical seals in multiphase media from fields such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, and marine engineering. It focuses on research into ultra-high-speed dry gas sealing and mixed-phase medium mechanical (face) sealing design, key manufacturing processes, testing, and industrial applications. The aim is to break through complex conditions of non-steady-state variable loads in multiphase media, including gas film stability and mixed-phase lubrication film formation mechanisms, optimization of seal structure design, high-precision manufacturing technology for critical components, surface film modification, intelligent monitoring, and extreme condition testing. The project will develop ultra-high-speed dry gas sealing and high-parameter mechanical seals for mixed-phase media, with the goal of achieving demonstrative applications in petrochemicals, coal chemicals, and marine engineering.
