FLK's First Management Trainee Camp Completion

Congratulations to FLK's first class of management trainees on their official completion! In this special year, the internship experience of the management trainees was winding, and the original six-month internship period was compressed into three months. However, it is praiseworthy that all the management trainees have lived up to the expectations and have experienced all kinds of training, rotated through different departments and positions in this short period of three months, and have basically mastered the company's products, processes, production and other processes.
In order to help the management trainees to have a clear development direction, Vice President Wu gave them a wonderful lesson and asked them to uphold the spirit of "good thinking, willing to communicate, and perseverance" in their future work, to run and grow, and to break through the boundaries continuously.
All the management trainees made a comprehensive review of what they had thought and gained during the internship, and they were confident and impassioned, which won the affirmation of the mentors and leaders present.
After the summaries, their supervisors also passed on their experiences and encouraged the trainees to become "experts" in their respective fields as soon as possible.
